DVC Dining plan

Does anyone know if I can pay for a Disney dining plan with my Disney vacation account? Someone else rented it for me and I cannot get through to find out if it is credit card only or if I can use a Disney vacation account for paying the tab on that.

If you rented points from someone, do a three way call and they have to add it on for you and then you use your card.

If you are a DVC member you can call member services and add it on.
