DVC Cost Comparison

Just curious if anyone has done a cost comparison between the different resorts? Using an average point cost and an average increase in dues over the next 38 years. My comparison worked out as OKW being the cheapest and BC as the most expensive. Would like to hear what other members have come up with.

See my third post on page 3 of This thread . I think that will shed some light on what I think. To look at it the way you are, I think SSR will end up being the most expensive though when you combine purchase price and dues over time. Remember that SSR will be some $20 pp more than almost every other purchase through DVC. If you give SSR a break due to the longer life, I think VWL bill be the most expensive on property and VB the most expensive overall. HH and OKW should be the least expensive.
