DVC Closing Questions

I am buying DVC direct. I know how a regular real estate closing works, but how about a DVC closing? Someone in Florida does it all and we are notified by mail?

You'll get your paperwork in the mail send it back, coordinate with your guide/accounting for your $$ transfer (whether full amount or down payment), then fed ex everything back in the envelope they send to you.

A few weeks later you start getting the countersigned and recorded paperwork/deeds, but your points will show up as soon as the $$ transfers are done, or very soon after that.

Villas at Wilderness Lodge! It is our favorite place to stay and we have stayed in the villas once on rented points and loved it!! Plus now we have grandchildren! We can start our Disney trips all over again!
