DVC Check In Question

We will be doing our first DVC stay in May at BCV . We will be staying in a 2 Bedroom and have invited our friends to stay with us.

My question is, do all of the adults have to be present at check in? Or can just one of the DVC members (my wife or I) do the checking in and get all of the door keys to distribute to our friends later. Of course we had to provide the names of all of our guests when we reserved the room, so we weren't sure if they would require that everyone provide IDs and such at check in.

Only one adult listed on the room reservation needs to be present to check-in. They will give that person all of the KTTW cards. You can also have your friends cards set for no room charging if you wish.

Awesome! Thank you for the quick response. We were afraid they would want to see everyone's driver's license. This will make things much easier for us.

You could also have the desk hold your friends keys until they arrive and add a different credit card number on their keys. We did this at Christmas with my brother. It was a bit complicated for them since the system changes had just been done 3 days prior to our check in, but all charges were on correct credit card numbers when we checked out of BCV.
