DVC Cash Discount Question

I believe I read somewhere that DVC members receive a 25% discount when paying cash at the resorts. Is this just DVC resorts or any Disney resort?

It is only DVC resorts. It must be booked through Member Services and the discount is not always available, it depends on projected resort availability.
