DVC APs For Family?

My sister lives with my parents, who are DVC members. She is thinking of coming down to see us in August but they won't be coming. Can she get her discounted DVC pass through MS and pick it up there?

A few years ago I lived with my parents and I was the only DVC member in the house. They were able to purchase discounted DVC APs over the phone through MS and just had to have IDs that matched my address to pick them up. Is this still the same?

Yes, there have been a couple posts recently that this will work. Be sure she has their membership #, it has to be keyed in when exchanging the voucher.
