Are you able to purchase an AP at the DVC discounted rate at a guest relations office outside of the parks

You can purchase APs at any theme park ticket window or any guest relations location (including Downtown Disney). The ticket desk at the resorts do not handle APs. Make sure that you have your blue member ship card and government issued photo ids for all adults. The address on all of the adults ids must match that of the member.
