DVC & AP parking at DVC resorts when not staying there

We are BLT owners & AP. We are staying at Saratoga Springs this visit. Can we go & park at BLT? Wanted to go to arcade there & Contempo Cafe (no reservations). Can we park there? Thanks in advance!

You should not be able to park there. BLT is one of the strictest given the proximity to MK. You need to be staying there or have a dining reservation.

You can park at TTC and take the monorail if desired.

Near park resorts generally enforce the restriction of needing some kind of reservation at the resort to park there, and even then parking is limited to three hours. The obvious reason for that is to prevent guests from just using the parking lot to provide easy access to a park (which large numbers would do if parking were allowed, thus making it impossible for guests staying at the resort from being able to find parking). The exception to that is when you already have valet parking for the day at the resort at which you are staying, which allows you to valet park at any other resort that has valet parking and not pay anything additional.

If you qualify for Member Benefits (TOTWL) and are staying on property, I believe you go over in the evening (after 5PM?) and park there to visit TOTWL.

TOTWL access rules used to specifically prohibit parking. I can't tell if it's now open to everyone eligible or if you have to have a reservation.

The current rules allow those who are eligible to go up to park, and its not in relation...at least the way the rules are posted...to be for the special events.
