DVC Annual pass

I would like to buy my cousin and the DVC annual pass that is currently on special for Christmas

She is a DVC member and all her points were purchased from Disney is there any issue with me buying it for her

If you have her membership # and explained what you are doing, I doubt it. It would go straight to her MDE, so it is not like you are cheating the system.
If it does not work, you could always just buy the equivalent amount in Disney gift cards and explain their purpose.

By the way, wish I has a cousin (or even a sibling or parent) like you!
