DVC annual pass??

I purchased our AP's while on the phone with the CM's at DVC. I got a "will call number" but never received an Exchange certificate in the mail. Was I supposed to? or do I just need the #?

You selected the will call option so you won't get a exchange certificate. You just need to go to guest services with the will call #, photo ids and your dvc member card to get your ap's.
