DVC annual pass for members of your household... how does this work?

I'm a member of the DVC through my father (he's the member and I'm named on the deed (or however that works)) and I have my own DVC ID card and all.

I seem to recall that DVC members can get AP's at a discount for themselves and members of their household, but I'm wondering how that works. My wife's cousin is living with us now (and is using our address as our permenant address), so she is definitely a member of our household. Would she qualify for the discounted AP based on my DVC membership? If so what needs to be done to prove that she's a member of our household?

Thanks much,
Brett

A cousin would not meet the definition of immediate family.

Who is eligible to receive the Annual Pass discount?
Disney Vacation Club Members receive a discount on the Pass for themselves and their immediate family residing in the same household only. At the time of purchase or redemption, your Disney Vacation Club Member ID Card must be provided and ALL ADULTS must present a valid driver's license or state identification card showing they reside in the same household.

Her drivers license or other official photo ID with the same address will enable her to get a DVC AP, as long as you are present with your membership card and ID.

Actually, if you are named on the deed and have your own DVC Membership card, you are a full member.

I really think WDW (unofficially) allows a much broader definition of immediate family, for instance, not all states allow "registered domestic partners" and they certainly don't define spouse as being either a legal or religous relationship.
