DVC and Room Block

Hey everyone!
Finally working on the paperwork!
Just got the information on the room block and I have one quick question.
If someone books a three bed-room villa, does it count as ONE room, or THREE?

Yes -- one! I know someone that got married (not at Disney) and they had a similiar setup. They thought it counted as three rooms (or however many -- it might've been six) and they ended up with a GIANT bill after the wedding because they had to pay for all the rooms they didn't fill.
