DVC and F&W Event Discounts

I just saw on the member website that DVC members can purchase F&W event items early and "some" with a discount. Does anyone know if the more expensive items (Dessert Discovery for example) are discounted?

Also, the daily seminars that are discounted, when you purchase at a discount, do you have to pick a particular day. In other words, I'd have to know my schedule before buying?

The discounts are only available for those seminars/demonstrations that occur Monday thru Thursday. The "3D" Disney's Dessert Discovery is on Fridays so it would not be discounted.

When you purchase a ticket for an event, it's for a specific date. This applies to discounted and non-discounted events.
