DVC Analysis tool or spreadsheet

We are considering purchasing a DVC resale and before we take the plunge, does anyone have a decent spreadsheet or program to do some high-level analysis?

Looking for something to capture
Initial costs (Total + closing fees etc)
Annual dues for each remaining year of the deed.

Any help is appreciated

I think Mousesavers has a link to a spreadsheet on their DVC information page. Plus they have done a very good analysis of the pros/cons of DVC as well.
