DVC 7 month booking calculator

Does anyone have access to a booking calculator, for booking a DVC resort at 7 months, which will tell you the date you can book? I want to book a stay at 7 months starting November 16. I googled and found 2 calculators. They each gave me a different booking date! One said that I could book on April 17th, the other said the 16th! Anyone want to help with a tiebreaker date?

It's April 16.

You go by the date of the month. You want November 16, so it’s April 16.

The harder, for me, time is when you want January 31, and June only has 30 days. I think then you have to wait until July 1.

At exactly 11 or 7 months out, the date number on which you can go online to make the reservation is the same as the date number you want as you’re arrival day unless there is not a a matching date number, which can happen with dates around the end of the the months, in which case the default date on which you can do the reservation becomes the first of the month.

E.g., at 7 months out, you can reserve Sep 15 as a start date on Feb 15. But except during leap year, Feb has only 28 days, so there is no match for Sep 29 or 30, and you cannot reserve either of those as a start date until March 1. Similarly, July has 31 days. You can reserve Feb 28 as a start date on July 28, but you cannot reserve March 1 as a start date until Aug 1.
