The only places you can buy cigarettes in Disney is either in the casino / Relay shops in the train station or at the sports cafe. I think the prices were comparable to here, maybe slightly cheaper. whether they would let you buy in 200's im unsure.

Remember there is no such thing as duty free now between European country's, you are buying them at Frances tax/duty rates

It's tax free not duty free, duty was abolished.

Best place to get cheap cigarettes is Belgium as they are half the price as the UK, even the French hi to Belgium as it's cheaper for them too

Ah I don't smoke, I just remember they are cheaper Never bought any duty or tax free
