During MM, Should I do Space now first over Peter Pan b/c of Ghost Galaxy?

agreed, even if you get to space at 8am exactly everyone else still has to walk all the way over there, it still had walk on lines till about 30 min to an hour after the park opened the week we were just there and that was opening weekend.

Do FL first end at space, grab a FP, walk on and save your FP for another ride later

Where should Nemo fit into a person's plans?

1) First thing in the morning if you are there for 2 or more days. If you only have 1 MM, use it on Fantasyland and ride Nemo on a non-MM morning. If you have 2 or more MMs, you can use one for Nemo.

2) Right before the park closes

3) The beginning of parades (although time it right because I've noticed that the line spikes up like crazy immediately after the parade ends)

In that order, 1-3.

I agree (who would disagree with DLR29? ) and would add failing all three above if you want to ride Nemo do it later in the day rather than earlier. The line seems to go down a bit later in the afternoon and evening over what you see in the morning.
