Does anyone else agree that WDW should add some Dunkin Donuts around the area!? Maybe at least DTD? :surfweb:

As good as they are, I doubt they'd move on property. The closest one is just outside DTD on SR535 at the intersection with Palm Parkway. I'd like to see a good doughnut shop on property though. Not a bakery, with all that other stuff, but a good doughnut shop with a wide selection of doughnuts.

:thumbsup2 I would love a Dunkin Donuts in Disney! We brought D&D coffee with us on our last trip to make in the room, yet a D&D iced coffee in the parks on a hot day would be wonderful! -Amy in RI :wave2:

Originally from Boston I was a diehard DD lover, until I moved to FL and was introduced to Krispy Kremes and Starbuck coffee...If they put those onsite I would be in heaven!

I'm originally from Massachusetts, home of many Dunkin Donuts shops. Boy, do I miss them! I'd love to see at least one in WDW.

Dear god now. If I wanted DD I'd stay home.

Yes! I once saw a man on the grounds of the Yacht Club with a Dunkin Donuts cup. This is so embarassing but I started to walk/run toward him trying to figure out where he got the beloved DD from. Apparently I look incredibly menacing because he started running away from me. Rather than look all out crazy I gave up the chase. It would be so much easier if they just put one in...lol

I really wish honestly they would put ANY good coffee in. I'd pay for it. I'm always shocked there aren't black market coffee brewers just outside the parks, they'd make a mint.

We prefer Krispy Kreme "Hot doughnuts now!". We have a 24 hrs. DD less than 2 miles from our house & rarely stop there.

I'd agree that having DD on Disney property would be a good thing. Unfortunately, as long as Nestle is a corporate sponsor it won't happen.

My DW would agree with you and I would like it far better than the stuff that passes as "coffee" from Nestle, but they could do better than DD IMHO (and I don't mean Starbucks). I find that most who like DD coffee do not drink it "black". The shops around here serve it so weak now it looks like tea. :(

Go Red Sox!

I'd rather they bring back the original doughnuts to the BW Bakery. Those were incredible!

CamColt I so agree with you! I miss the bowties nad the creme filled chocolate covered donut - IO had one every trip :( I miss those

And please just say no to DD! There are 3 within a 2 block radius where i work. My company supports one on its own:confused3 Never got the coffee habit and so glad I don't need to spend a couple bucks a day to function in the morning:lmao:

(and if you are reading this before :surfweb: don't hurt me!)

My DH only drinks black coffee and he loves DD. He thinks Starbucks is mud. I like DD too, but sometimes they make it too sweet and weak.

Lord No. I agree with a previous poster, if I wanted DD, I'd stay home too. Isn't there enough good eats to choose from to want something you can't get at home!!!

Now that you can buy it in the stores around here, I would bring it will me to WDW and brew it in my room. Not having to make a special trip to the coffee shop is a plus since they are always packed!

Agreed that there's plenty good to eat, but the coffee there is AWFUL! As long as they have the contract with Nastle we'll have to suffer and have horrible coffee. I guess it's petty in the grand scheme of things, but we love our Dunkies.

I have to second the vote for Krispy Kreme!!!!! Oh, and I do not eat these at home (to many calories and sugar) BUT on vacation I would indulge myself in one of THESE doughnuts!

I'd much prefer they produce something good on-site than that they bring in yet another outside firm. I like to have some different choices while on vacation! :goodvibes
