Just got back from Mexico, got loads of pictures with the XT and generally very happy! However I am also kicking myself for the number of times I forgot to change the ISO. My biggest blunder was one morning's sunny beach pictures were all taken with ISO 1600 from previous night's show!!!
Does anyone have a good way to remind oneself?

and might try this...since when seeing an odd shutter i just think "hmm that's odd" and politely go about my 1/2 baked agenda. i also got a delkin lcd screen shade but now i can't see the histogram unless i flip up the shade which is a pain all the time...i do think it's a matter of slowing down though and difficult for me ,thinking before i shoot...i am determined to do that this trip though.
One of the biggest complaints about Canon's SLRs is that they do not show the ISO in the viewfinder.
, and I made some major ISO blunders. Set it way too high in dining room - doh!
