Dumb question: What's a 3 bedroom?

I see people talking about it but points chart does not specify it.
Is it just a 2br + studio? Or a 2br + 1br?
And points wise are they just adding the above combo?

At Vero Beach, they're named "Beach Cottage". At all other resorts they're named "Grand Villa"

The 3-B/R villas are only available at HH, VB, OKW, BWV, SSR, AKV. There are no 3-B/R villas at VWL or at BCV
