Dumb question...How do I put in my ticker?

I went to Tickerfactory, created my ticker, etc.

Which of the three formats do I cut and paste?

When I go into my profile, I don't see where I add it.

I'm not usually so technologically stupid! Please help!

use the one that looks like --> [ URL] [ /URL]

yep.
just go to User CP and click on Edit Signature
past the code in the box, and click save.
and there you go! you have a signature with your ticker in it.
