Dumb question about Magical Express..

We've used ME multiple times before so I'm slapping myself for forgetting this...lol. We put the yellow ME luggage tag on our bag. But we still will have to put our airline's luggage tag on our bag when we check in at the airport, right?

Yes. The yellow tag is to transfer your bag from MCO to your resort and the airline tag is to route your bag from your origin airport to your destination airport. If you don't attach the airline tag to your bag, your bag will not be loaded on the plane - they won't know whose bag it is, nor on what flight(s) it is supposed to be loaded on. No airline tag probably means TSA gets your bag - that is a red flag.

Well, technically. You don't; the Skycap or airline employed does. You do want to double-check that the airline tag has your correct destination on it - MCO, not MCQ; TPA, not TAP...

Yep.
These are becoming more and more common now. So odds are these days you'll tag your own bags on most any airline. But for sure on Southwest.
