Dumb question about EEMH at HS

I feel so out of the loop on anything anymore. So there are EEMMH or whatever it is called....super early morning hours at Hollywood Studios. They are every day currently or through the fall. Then I saw something you can pay for for early morning breakfast in the Toy Story Land. What you pay for is the breakfast and the early entry is still for on site guests or is there an early morning extra hours paid event now for certain days?
I feel dumb asking I used be know everything going on at the parks and I just don't anymore.

Please don't feel dumb!!! a lot of people have the same question/confusion.... including me!
Someone on here will know!

Don’t feel dumb, things change so fast it’s hard to keep up for most guests.

Disney is running a series of “Extra” Extra Magic Hours (EEMH) at DHS from 9/1-11/2. These are daily from 6am-9am.

MK and DAK are also having EEMHs from 7am-8am daily 8/29-11/2.

These are all free to Disney resort or otherwise eligible guests and are just like regular Extra Magic Hours (EMH), the “Extra” part is just that there are so many on the schedule on top of the ‘regular’ rotation of EMHs you would normally see during any given week.

The paid breakfast thing you mentioned is called Early Morning Magic (EMM), however this event is on hiatus for the foreseeable future while all of this is going on. So, you can all but ignore this as it’s not applicable now.

Hope that helps!

Actually, I just checked.... and it would seem that with the 6am "free to resort guests" EEMH there is NO Early Morning Magic for Toy Story Land.
It only happens when it is regular hours with NO Extra Magic hours.

HaHa.... edit to add..... see previous post!! :goodvibes

Thank you! Ok this makes sense now. Perhaps I can drag everyone up early for at least one day then.
There was a time for about a decade I could answer anyones questions about Disney but having just booked for the first time in 18 months I feel like I am somewhat lost with the changes.

Wait......NO access to Toy Story Land?!!!!! Well....honestly since it's just us and our youngest two not sure if it's worth it then. Maybe for Star Wars but I'll need a ton of motion sickness pills if the rides are anything I'm guessing they will be and my husband won't go near them.

All Toy Story Land rides are open during Extra Magic Hours (which includes the “Extra” Extra Magic Hours we are discussing above).

Available attraction information during Extra Magic Hours can be found here:

That is not what PP is saying. While there is EEMH, they are not running Early Morning Magic which is a paid event in Toy Story Land.

I am pretty sure all the rides in TSL are open during upcoming EEMH unless it's changed in the last 30 minutes-which is possible but unlikely!

Ok I have one more question...basically looking for an opinion.
With our older kids who were Disney wiz kids and knew the parks like the back of their hands I would hone in on booking the most desired and hard to get ride and work everything else around that. Our younger 2 (5 and 8) despite being in Disney often when they were very little only seem to truly remember our last trip which was Spring of 2018. So they are not overly stuck on anything really. They remember TSM and Splash mt as high lights from all the parks.
I currently have 2FP for Slinky in the evening for two different days. I know some spots may open up but part of me is just sick of looking sporadically. I'm thinking of just canceling them and getting TSM early and whatever else on the early side so that we can add other rides possibly. I am having doubts I will be able to get it so I can take both girls on at the same time anyway or even separately for that matter. If we can get on Slinky either in the morning or evening without a crazy wait in standby I'd be fine with it.
(guess I'm more talking/thinking/typing outlaid)
