DUMB Quest!!

I tried fireworks 17 time now. I counted yes. I got dc 7 times and the rest I got kicked out! My last attempt I got 1000 away and then of course I lost!!!

I got within 73 points of the goal before I was kicked off because I wasn't in the top five. Argh!!!!!

Oh yes and the crashing. yesterday I creshed every 26 minutes. It was happening so much I kept track of the times and it wasn't even a busy weekend!

Edited to add, I don't think the score is unfair, it is just that all the good players are playing and that leaves the rest of us in the dust. I can't get over 75,000. Mostly I get around 34,000. So even if they lowered it to 50,000 I would probably still be in the same boat. If everyone would stop playing, I could do it!

I wish the people that already got the hat would stop playing fireworks. Everytime I get to the lobby (and that's as far as I get ) there are many people there wearing the hats!

I may get flamed for saying this, but getting 120,000 seems like a walk in the park.

I did it on my first try.

The key to getting a lot is to hit the fireworks at the last possible moment. Hit them when they turn into shooting stars.

Maybe it's because I'm a gamer, but I'm ok with the score they have set.

120,000 isn't a problem except that all the really good people are playing and bumping out the players who are only decent. I can normally get over a 200,000 pretty easily. I'll be the first to say that I'm not great at fireworks, but when I get a 40,000 at the end of level one, I expect to see my name on the list, even if it's low on the list... not as #25 and in pink! Of course then most of us can't get past level 3... and the difference is only one or two flawless... *sighs*

I really hope this quest is all weekend and then maybe the good players will have their field day and leave lol

the title says it all! this priate quest is impossible! all the games are unfair!!! i have been dc every time i play, or else i am booted for no reason! on the fireworks game, i had a higher score than several others, but i was booted while they weren't. therefore, i am quitting this quest for the time being!

I am going to wait and try after midnight this evening. I am going to hope that all of the good fireworks people will have their hats and maybe I will stand a chance.

I ended up trading for a hat. I promised someone on here that I would get him the costume if it was tradeable because he is out of town that was before I knew it was going to be a big pain. I didn't want to just disappoint him.

Hi everybody, I'm new.

Anyway, I had a horrible time with fireworks today. It was the worst part of the quest for me. On a normal day scoring 120 isn't a big challenge but with all of the players on at the same time it was difficult. That isn't to mention the numerous times I was sent back to the lobby before the game even started or dc over and over. It was more than frustrating.

I was also annoyed at the number of people with pirate hats on who were still playing. Everyone knows how bogged down the system has been today so it seems a little selfish to keep playing when so many others are just trying to win for the first time.

I finally managed to score though, despite not making it to the last round. It can be done with some perseverance.

The rest of the quest was fun and not too bad but man, I wouldn't want to go through that fireworks ordeal again. I want to tell everyone who is still trying good luck and I feel for you because I spent several hours wanting to bang my head up against a wall today.

I keep getting sent back to the lobby with scores around 110,000. It is beyond frustrating. Now my arm is tired and my scores are getting worse.
