Dumb PIN question - never used these before

Got the PIN offer for Free Dining. It says "when you buy one of these 4-night/5-day packages..." What if you want to stay more than 4 nights? Can you extend it out to more days?

Yes, you can. Just call Disney and tell them you have a PIN code. Give them the number, your dates and resort choice and they will let you know what's available. Sometimes there are black out dates (should list available dates on the offer) and they only allow so many rooms for each code so if you can't get the resort or dates you want make sure to try other resorts and/or dates.
Congrats on the PIN. Wish I could get one this year.

Most PIN code offers can be booked from 3 to 14 nights, but I've seen a few earlier in the year that required a 5 night minimum.

The offers that see on the mailing or email are just samples.
