Dumb onsite hotels question, but I need to know

Hi all,
New to the WDW boards. I am reading up on onsite hotels. I am on the WDW website. For the hotels that are listed under "Disney Resort Hotels", that means it is onsite correct? Reservations in these hotels are allotted the Fastpass+ 60 days out?
