be careful making ressies.. some ms people have no brains.. this ms person borrowed 3 points from my boardwalk contract before using all of my 100 point add on contract at wlv for 2000 use year.we had to talk to a supervisor to put the boardwalk points back into 2001 use year.. I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE PAYING THESE MS PEOPLE. IF IT IS MIN. WAGE ,THEY ARE NOT GETTING QUALTY PEOPLE..

He should definitely have asked where you wanted them taken from, but it wouldn't have been unreasonable for you to have them taken like that...you may be planning to bank those till next year, giving you the eleven month window on two years worth of your add on at VWL.

I had them mess up wildly also. Mine involved a whole bunch of phone calls and recieving the unintelligible point usage sheets from MS. Mine had to do with a cancelled reservation and then a remade reservation, the remade reservation used borrowed points and the points from the canceled reservation just sat there...the reason for mine was a delay in those points showing up as available.

We do need to check up on the alocation of points.
