Dumb and probably easy question about MDE

Were traveling with Grandma and an aunt this winter and have a 1br and a studio rather than a 2br since it worked out best for where we wanted to stay (and also hey, personal space is nice 🤣)

Question is, we are only 5 people in total. For "administrative ease" can we just put all 5 people on each reservation simultaneously, to make accessing rooms and reservations simpler? Or does MDE only allow you to be on one reservation per day? Both family members in the studio haven't been to WDW in a while and could probably use my help with their accounts/reservation anyway if possible.

No big fuss either way, this is just our first trip booking two rooms at once.

Having names on two room reservations can mess up room keys. To get around this last December (we had a 2BR and a studio for 6 adults and an infant), I created ghost profiles for the two people who would be staying in the studio. Their real profiles were assigned to the studio and their ghosts were assigned to the 2BR. They could then use a key card for the ghosts in order to access the 2BR as needed. I didn't assign ghosts to the studio, but it would be possible to add 2-3 ghosts to it as well, depending on the capacity.

If all you want is access to their room, they can get an extra key card from the front desk.

As far as making reservations for dining, and so forth, try adding them to your friends/family list in MDE...you should then be able to include them when making dining reservatons.
