Duffy Tsum Tsum- where to buy?

What shops in the parks carry the mini tsum tsums? Are both Duffy and Shellie May available as minis? Any info appreciated. TIA!

The info I find is that they are both available as minis, but they are HKDL exclusives. There are probably some on ebay

I found a report that said Duffy was at Once Upon a Toy in WDW. I wanted to know if he's been seen in the parks.

Yep, saw Duffy (not Shellie May) at Once Upon a Toy in late May.
