Dues question?

I am a new owner. I have our monthly payment directly automatically debited. Will I get a bill for dues? or will they just debit that as well? Plus when will it be due? I try to look on line at the members site but the due's area has nothing listed for me.

Right after I closed, I received a bill. My dues are drawn on the 1st of the month.

I'm also interested.....1st time Jan dues payer....bought DVC 1-07...

Are they due by a specific date in Jan....or by the 31st....
Will I get a bill in the mail?

My dues are debited out of my account, just like my monthly payment. The two payments come out of my account on the same day, the 15th of the month.

The payments post as follows:

D.V.D. INC. - EDD/LOANS (monthly payment)
DVCMC ASSOC MGR.- EDD/DUES (dues)

I suppose that since we bought about 7 years ago, things might be different now.

Members will usually receive the dues statement in late December each year. These fees are due by January 15 each year and are considered late after February 15 - unless you have the autodebit set up.

I'd call MS and have the auto-debit set up as soon as possible so you'll be all set once the fees are announced. (The annual meeting is tomorrow, so the dues will become "official" at that time.)

And a reminder to everyone. If your debit is set up for the first of each month...the January payment has always been delayed until the 15th, and will be a different amount from the rest of the year. Adjustments for last years over/under estiimates are done in the January payment.

I'm pretty sure you get an annual statement telling you the monthly amount to be debited, but no monthly statement.
