Dues on web different then reminder email.

Just curious if anyone else noticed.

On the website it states my 1/15 payment is $xxx.xx but the reminder email I received this morning shows an amount due on 1/15 that is $2.13 higher.

Any thoughts on why and which one is correct?

I had the same thing. The difference was the extra amount I owed for property tax from 2023 (actual property tax minus estimated property tax). This amount is always included in the first month's dues payment. Not sure why the website shows an incorrect amount (chalk it up to Disney's poor quality IT).
