Why in the world doesn't Disney fix their POS website for DVC. How hard is it to call Google, Amazon, Apple, insert any other huge tech company to have them start a brand new website? Over the years Disney has proven that they have the world's worst IT!!

I have this mental picture in my head of a small basement where 2 guys are programming DOS on a Commodore 64 desktop with only a green pixel monitor that weighs 50 lbs. Disney should be ashamed of their continued poor efforts...

Why in the world doesn't Disney fix their POS website for DVC. How hard is it to call Google, Amazon, Apple, insert any other huge tech company to have them start a brand new website? Over the years Disney has proven that they have the world's worst IT!!

If Disney leveraged AWS they could implement auto-scaling for these high utilization events. Of course that’s gonna cost extra money. However, it can be done and as a media company they have far too many website problems, dvc or otherwise.

I can see mine, but it's wrong. I mean, the statement page is correct, but I prepaid some with gift cards, and the current "balance due" is WAY more than the total due on the statement minus the prepaid amount.

Nice. This should be a fun call.

EDIT: Looks like someone did a manual adjustment and gave me 0.05 credit instead of 500.00.

I have paid extra too, and my current amount due doesn’t show my credit either, but when I went in to pay, it deducted it as what was due,

I did not pay yet...waiting for the next billing cycle..but wanted to see if it would show.

I'll wait until the web site and phone lines aren't repeatedly crashing and will call or early next week. I've done this before but never seen an error. It looks like there's a .05 "adjustment" credit that's wrong but I haven't really done the math or checked all the contracts carefully to verify that. (It's farther off than $500, too...)

It's all about where Disney (the parent company) wants to spend its money. Apparently, DVC member site is not any where near the top. If it can run Disney+, it has more than enough IT resources.
