Can someone describe for me the Duck Two Ways appetizer at LeCellier? I have never had duck but I like to try new things. Is it meaty, or pate-like, or what exactly? Does anyone have a photo?
TIA.

I figured this was how Disney was getting rid of all the ducks hanging around the parks. :rolleyes1

It's a small serving of Duck Confit which is kind of like a mash, not more then a large spoonfull though. The second duck is a quarter (wing I think) duck served lightly season and roasted but with an absolutely amazing sweet sauce on it and around it.

My fiance had it when we were there in May and it was fantastic, we both took turns cleaning the plate to make sure we got every bit of meat and every drop of sauce.

This is a good description, only the piece of duck is the thigh/leg. We had it in June, was very good. Something to try!

I agree, it was delicious. DH ordered this and allowed me a single bite. It was so good, I don't blame him for not wanting to share. ;)
