After seeing tonights news report---a local Home Depot selling 1300 rolls of duck tape in 4 hours--I got this wierd idea in my mind and just had to check it out----I had to see if anyone was selling duck tape on ebay. Off to my computer I went, onto ebay, typed duck tape and

YES

people are selling rolls of duck tape online---even cases of the stuff--$5, $6, $11 a role

this is very scary stuff folks---make a few bucks on a roll of duck tape---but ha, in the event of one of these awful things happening--where are you gonna spend it---what ever happened to helping your neighbor--I have it, you need it, it yours--here is the link

Last night when I did the search there where only 27 auctions on the tape, now it is up to 47 auctions


it is very sad, people are going to hoard this stuff like it is gold

While I do believe in being prepared, I have to ask myself who the real terrorists are? Ready for the flames here, but come on! Duct Tape and Plastic? This type of rhetoric and frenzy is just what Al Quaeda and Co. want! Personally, I won't live my life in fear. I will make my peace with God and my family EVERY day, as if it might be my last, but I will not buy into the frenzy. I'm not sticking my head in the sand. Quite the opposite. I'm standing with my head tall, proud to be American, and looking forward.

Boy, they better hope that it arrives before it's needed!!!! Spend all that money on tape and then not get it to be able to use it...now that is even dumber!!!!
