I am looking at the menu I took home with me Monday night.
Unfortunately, no duck flatbread, but I tried a new flatbread I liked, but you're out of luck if you don't like mushrooms.
The flatbreads listed are:
Triple Cheese...Pecorino, Asiago, and Provolone with Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Pesto
Roasted Mushroom Flatbread with Nueske's Bacon, Fingerling Chips, Fontina and Truffle Aioli
Roast Chicken with Applewood Bacon, Crisp Romaine, Carmelized Onions, and Lemon Mayonnaise
"Chef's Garden" Heirloom Tomato Flatbread with Roasted Garlic, Provolone, and Arugula
The table shared the triple cheese and the mushroom, and I thought the mushroom was just outstanding. Sorry there was no duck, though.
