dual portable dvd system - what do you have?

We received a Coby dual dvd system for Christmas, but I'm not reading very good reviews for it. If you have a system, what kind? Are you happy with it? Pros/cons?

**Also, we have three children. Are there any systems with three screens?

I don't know about the one you got but we are on our second disney dvd player and it has been out since a week after we got it and I never had the chance to bring it back so I am stuck w/ crap. I did read the reviews before I bought but they seemed so hit or miss and I am sad to say it sucks. I have been shopping around for a new set. Best of luck w/ your I know others have said they have had good luck w/ their disney ones but that was not the case for us and which was upsetting b/c we own every other disney electronic on the market.

Thats funny about the Disney set! I got one and the sound one one of the sets never worked, right out of the box. When I took it back to Target, they had a deal on the Audiovox set, it was $10 less that the Disney set, so I made out! I figure for 2 seperate players, I can go to the dollar tree and let the kids stick all the Mickey Stickers they want on it!
So that answers that question. I have the Audiovox 9 inch 2 screen set. I love that it has 2 seperate players, or can both play one movie. We've had it since before thanksgiving, and so far, so good. It worked great on our loooooong trip to Texas for Thanksgiving, my DD2 wanted to watch Tinkerbell and barbie, and no one else did. So I put in Barbie and gave her the headphones.
As far as 3 screens go, I have never seen a 3 screen. I have one set on the front row, and one on the back row.
I've also used Emerson brand (was great, after about 13 months, stopped reading disc. Might be an easy fix) and the cheapest one that target sells, cheapo it was total JUNK! made it 2 hours into a 13 hour Disney Trip. For some reason when I bought it the low price outweighed the bad reviews...so I didn't give that one another shot!

The audiovox is the set I have been looking at and wanted to buy it at target when it was on sale but didn't and now I could kick myself so I just keep watching for it to go on sale again.

We have an Insignia that we bought from Best Buy. We've had it for two years and it works great. We only use it for our long trips so it's probably been used about a dozen times. We have a mini van and put a screen in the middle and in the back. No one has trouble seeing it. They all have earphones.

We have the 9 inch Audiovox with dual screens with the ability to watch 2 movies or one. Before that we had Audiovox with 2 screens one movie. The first set seem to skip all the time. the second is great. We had to replace the first set when my husband packed the car and then pulled on the plugs and it came right our of the player with the tabs still attached, although we had replaced the plugs, it never worked quite the same after that so the kids got new ones when Target ran the Audiovox on sale!! YEAH Target!

We also bought the 2-screen Insignia (Best Buy brand) 2 years ago and love it. Never had any problem and it gets used 2-3 times a week. Price has really dropped too.

We had gotten another model at Walmart (can't remember details) and it wouldn't play and DVDs when it was cold (not acceptable if you live in the Midwest!) so we got the Insignia and have NEVER had any problems, even when it is below zero.
