I made a reservation request last week with DU for one night at the Grosvenor before our check in at OKW. We received confirmation from Dreams and then requested to change the room to a tower vs. the courtyard. The response to that came last Fri. saying they would have to wait until after the weekend when the Grosvenor's reservation system could confirm this. I have not heard anything since. I have sent a few emails and not received a response. It appears from this forum that they were having some problems today with their system, but this has been almost a week now without any response. Our OKW reservations are also with Dreams but the agent (who has been very responsive with that part of our vacation plans) said she does not handle the DTD hotels, so I had to go to a separate part of their site. I would just like to get some kind of response indicating the status of our reservations. It also makes me a little nervous that we have nothing in writing confirming the fact that we even have reservations.
