DU Itinerary

Hello everyone!
DU has been great with my plans. I was just wondering about when you all have received the itinerary they make up for you. I really don't want to do a lot of thinking this trip and just want them to do things for me. I still have a little over a month before my trip but I was just wondering when you normally hear from them. I hate asking my TA too many questions becuase I feel bothersome. I never feel that way here on the boards!!

I believe that your Agent will be happy to provide you with your itinerary or the date you can expect it to be done.

I know Dreams Unlimited Travel has had some "technical difficulties" along with thousands of other companies (including Disney) the last few days.

Just shoot your agent an email and I am sure you will hear from them.

I got my itinerary as soon as my 90 day reservations.....I know I had them at the end of June and my trip is in September. I love DU!!!

I routinely have gotten my DU itinerary about 6 days before I'm due to leave. I did ask for one to be sent along sooner since we were checking into our DVC resort and wouldn't be at home when the itin. would normally have been sent. Shirley had no problem doing that. So, look for it about a week before you are due to leave. That leaves your agent wiggle room to make any last minute changes you may have.

I emailed my agent a week before our trip and she unlocked it right away for us. I think they just wait to have the most up to date info for your trip.

We got ours about a week before our trip. As others have said, I think they want it to be as up to date as possible. I bet you could ask for a preliminary now, and a final nearer your trip.

My agent told me 2 weeks before our trip she would release the itinerary for printing. She told me this after I first booked in one of the first few introductory emails.

I received mine yesterday for my trip on 9/12. Disney mails it to them, and then they send it to you.

Thanks for the reply! Our trip isn't until Oct. 3rd so looks like we should be receiving ours some time in September
