DU compared to DCL

trying to decide what to do with rebooking discount from frances, how does du compare to dcl? we've never used anyone to book but dvc, and we are leaning toward booking on points and renting out points for next year to pay for it.

I don't know if you can use Dreams Unlimited if you are booking on points but I can tell you that I am very pleased with their service and follow-up! We have used them for 3 cruises now and we rebooked onboard the Magic last Christmas directly to them. It has worked out beautifully and they were able to get us one of the center Cat 3's which is what we wanted. Hope this helps.

well no, i wasn't expecting to use points with them, but instead rent points out to pay cash for the cruise. just wondered how pricing compares to DCL resv.

I'm not sure if the deals are still running, but if you book thru DCL(onboard), you can transfer your ressie to another TA, some of them offer a rebate to book or switch to them. Not sure if your request will qualify since you're not rebooking onboard.
