DU agent says no ADRs taken at Trails End?

Hi everyone.
We are 3 days out from our 180 day window. I sent our ADR list to our DU agent. We asked for 5pm at Trails End (I want the sit-down dinner buffet at Fort Wilderness). Today I checked the itinerary, and next to Trails End she has "no ADRs taken" rather than a time listed. Everyone I asked said I should be sure to make an ADR there, so I thought they still take reservations. Please help. Which one of us is confused.
Thanks.

On one of our trips we ate there 3 different times and we didn't have adrs for any of our sittings. I have never tried to make an adr so I don't know that they do or do not but I don't think that you will need and adr to eat there.

I'm curious about this as well. I'm due to make my ADR's next week for Dec and was planning on a dinner there.

They didn't used to take them but in the last year that has changed to where you can make ADR's there. Ask your agent to give it a try. I just made one for November for someone

We were there Sept of 06 and they did not make ADR's. It was all walk ups. Which worked out great for us when we had missed 1 or 2 of our dinner ressies and we didn't have anywhere to go eat at. We just got on the boat and went over there to eat. It worked out real well.

Hmm. Can't remember where I was reading (I know it was disboards). Maybe I did a search. But people were very clear that their experience would encourage an ADR. We won't be heart broken if we don't eat there. However, we'll be making an effort to get there, and I don't want a wait with a toddler in tow.

While you can get into lunch without ADRs often, dinners are a must esp. on weekends. We went over to TE one evening and the wait was 1-2 hour+ because they had just seated 2 large parties. It's not an easy commute over, but we couldn't wait that long so headed back to WL only to end up in the quick service line as WCC was not accepting any walkins for the rest of the evening. They certainly take ADRs at TE unless it just changed. We were only a party of 2 and they had nothing available for us that evening. I call that "a lesson learned". Since we were only coming from WL, it would've taken us a couple of minutes to check at the front desk to make a last minute ADR and could've gotten in. We were certainly bummed. So ADRs for dinner time for us always!

Ah ha! That's what I'd thought. We'll be at WL, too.
Thanks. I'll ask her to give it a try.

I got an ADR for Trails End, Tuesday before Thanksgiving last year(through WDW-Dine)

Well. Hmphf. I wonder what the ADR # the CM gave me when I made my Trail's End reservation for this fall? lol

I'd go ahead and give Disney a call if you can, because we had no troubles. :)

I get adr's there. Also have went without.

We were there in Jan 07 and had ADR's through DU.

Which points to a new question. This agent was great help in 2003, for a trip that we cancelled. So I requested her again. But it would seem she's not keeping pace with the parks, because this time I seem to be more informed than she is. Also, her attention to detail is lacking. I've been hoping that's because it's early, but maybe she's not been visiting the parks as much. I don't think my being more informed has to do with these boards, since I've been doing that since 1998. I don't want to change agents, but I was hoping for a little more insight than I'm getting.

She did say she will call in the TE ADR. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow that we get the times we want.
