DtD wheelchairs?

Hi, I temporarily have a minor disability. I had to have ankle surgery and I am in a walking cast. We like to go to DtD for dinner and shopping on the night we arrive. Then we sort of walk around and sight see. Long walking times aren't what I want right now!

I planned to just go the hotel (we are staying off site) but I was wondering if they rented wheelchairs at DtD? If you know they do, where? Can they be included in the "length of stay" rental price? And, does downtown Disney have valet right now? I know their parking is a mess and it will be worth it to avoid the hassle of finding a spot for pick up and drop off.

It doesn't appear Downtown Disney is part of the length of stay plan. Parking isn't as bad as it's been, now that one of the garages is open.
