DTD Virgin Megastore closing! :(

I just heard about this my DD is going to be crushed! This is one her most favorite stores for cool Tee shirts and such. We aren't going till Aug so we will never see it again I hate when these things happen! Now our trips to that store are just memories.

I was disappointed when I read the news too. I really like visting that store a couple of times when we go to DTD. It's huge, we have nothing of that size in Maine.

We will be going to WDW in May from 05/04-05/14 so we will be able to check it out one last time since it's closing 05/31 from what I read.

That place is so big, I wonder what may replace it?

I remember reading somewhere (quite a while ago) that an Apple store would replace the Virgin Mega Store in DTD..... this was long before they announced that the Virgin store was closing.

Disney could also put in an ESPN Zone in that space. That would be a logical fit since they own ESPN and all.

We need a music place there. They'll have nothing for music people now I dont think I will be able to attract her to DTD now, no Virgin, no stage, no Guitar store waaaahhhhh
