DTD to Poly to AoA by bus?

Doing some way in advance planning for a trip next March. One of the days we want to go to DTD, and we are thinking about date night supper and the Peter Pan kids club at Poly, maybe pick up boys and watch fireworks from Poly, then back to AoA for bedtime. With two boys who will then be 3 1/2 and 8 1/2. Is this too much running around in one day? Is there a bus from Poly to AoA in the evening or do we have to get to MK or Epcot then AoA? Will we be exhausted by the time we get back to AoA? Tips and suggestion appreciated, TIA!

Buses only run resort to park and vice versa. It is recommended you allow 45 minutes for each leg of transportation. You can go to the TTC center near the poly to go to other parks but I am not sure about other resorts. From AOA you would need to go to a park and then take another form of transportation to the poly (mk is easier as you can go by bus, boat or monorail).
You could also take a taxi for the most direct route.
Others can hopefully chime in with other logistics.

Taxi. Your conceirge should be able to arrange for a car service with car seats for you.

The potential for needing 3 hours worth of bus transportation would ruin any nice adult time I might enjoy at DTD.

Alternatively, instead of DTD, you could frequent one of the restaurants along the monorail loop (at the GF, CR or Poly itself). If you were to do that, you could take the bus/monorail there, and then take a cab home when everyone is tired.
