DTD - Sunday hours?

We are staying at the Hilton DTD for the first 3 nights of our upcoming vacation. On Sunday night we are going to MVMCP. I want to get up early, go to breakfast, do some shopping and come back to the room for an early nap. Ideally, we want to be at the MK by 4 to get in early just using our MVMCP passes.

Is 9am to early on a Sunday to start shopping in Downtown Disney? If so, what time do the stores open?
