DTD hotels get to participate in ERide?

I am going to be staying at the Best Western DTD in a few weeks and wondered if I can go to the ERide night that is scheduled. I know the Hilton is the only hotel to get EE, but what about the other hotels and ERide?

This is from Deb Wills site, the following can particate in E-night

Disney Resort Guests, Hotel Plaza Blvd. Guests, Swan, Dolphin and Shades of Green Guests with multi-day passes can purchase a ticket for an after-hours party in the Magic Kingdom Park.
