Hello everyone! This is such a wonderful site, thanks to all that post helpful information. This is our first time staying off property, DH has Hilton points so we have a free stay! Does the hotel bus system to the parks take into consideration the EMH, especially the mornings, and start earlier? I called down to the Hilton and they told me the first bus is at 8am, this will not take you to the park early enough to take advantage of the EMH. Any info would be appreciated! We will be there 11/9-11/14.

since the HH does participate in EMH (the only DD hotel that does)

I would assume it would.

8am is when it starts but it goes for an hour. Since the bus would only stop at HH then go to the parks - it should be time enough.

Otherwise just take a taxi.

the DD buses don't go the park - they only go to the WDW resorts.

I got this from http://www.downtowndisneyhotels.com

Bus Schedule to:
Magic Kingdom ® Park, Disney’s Animal Kingddom ® Theme Park, Epcot ® & Disney-MGM Studios
DEPARTING FROM THE HOTEL
The buses depart the hotel every 30 minutes starting one hour prior to park opening. (Not sure if this is extended for EMH)

RETURNING TO THE HOTEL
The buses will return every 30 minutes until 2 hours after regular park closing.

Bus Route A services the Hilton, Royal Plaza and Doubletree Guest Suites.

Bus Route B services the Best Western, Regal Sun and Buena Vista Palace Hotel & Spa.

Thanks for all the info. Still trying to find out if they will come earlier for the morning EMH. They share a bus with other DTD hotels so not sure if they do or not. If anyone knows, please help!

It doesn't.

But you could walk over to Saratoga Springs (about 10 minutes from the Hilton) and use the Disney buses to the theme parks over there.

And before we get the ethical "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, THESE BUSES ARE FOR SARATOGA SPRINGS GUESTS ONLY!!! THEY PAID FOR THEM!!!" let me remind you that Disney would LOVE for you to continually walk through the property (you might buy!) and doesn't mind you using their transportation system.

Thanks for that info. Other than getting on the Saratoga Springs bus, is there another way other than driving or taxi, to get to the park early?
