DTD District Fun Card?

I noticed that with our hotel package (at the DH) we get a DTD District Fun Card. Does anyone know what that is?

It is a discount card for shops and restaurants in Downtown Disney - 10% off - buy one get one free - free childs meal with purchase of adult entree - etc...

Can you get this without the package? I know there used to be a site that had coupons, etc, for DTD places, but can't find it anymore.

Post 9 lists it as part of the package. Sort of a gift to their clients so to speak.
