DTD Disney choices?

We are staying off site for our first evening and would like to try a DTD restaurant. When we move on site the next day, we will have the DDP, but we will be paying OOP for this meal. We've narrowed our choices to:

Ragland Road (love the Irish Pub theme)
Rainforest Cafe ( 7 year old DD would probably like this one)
Planet Hollywood (nothing really appealing, but we will have the $15.00 voucher)

If you've eaten at these restaurants, which was the best value for the money (food, fun, atmosphere)?

Raglan Road- I didn't think the food here was anything special. I didn't even like the Fish and Chips, and that's their specialty. However, the Bread Pudding was to die for- worth the trip just for that. If you go early in the day the atmosphere is nothing special. Later at night there are bands if that sort of things interest you.

Rainforest Cafe- Never been at Disney, but have been in other areas. The animatronics will probably interest young children. The food is fine, but nothing special.

Planet Hollywood- We surprisingly liked this one. Good food. It's probably the best value if you're paying OOP. Portions are large, can easily be split. The food voucher is a good deal and atmosphere is enjoyable.

My family is in the minority, we have had good food at Planet, and they are great about honoring the vouchers. We actually wound up with two on our last visit and they honored both on one ticket. Rainforest is fun, and we had a really good meal at T Rex right after it opened. The portions are easily shareable too. I had the platter with roast chicken and ribs and shared with DD14 easily with some left over.

I've eaten at all three, more than once. My first choice would be Ragland Road, but your 7yr old may like the atmosphere at Rainforest Cafe better. If you've never been to a RFC, it's worth checking out at least once. I would avoid Planet Hollywood at all costs.
