DTD and a vegan?? Looking for links to menus

Hey Guys

Looking for your help yet again. For my brother this time. Him and his finance are vegans. They wont be doing any of the parks. But they do plan on doing DTD and will be staying at SSR xmas night. I know resorts are an option as well. Just looking for personal suggestions. And also any links to menus for DTD resturants. Thanks!!!!
