DTD AMC Dine-in Theater

I'm thinking of surprising my parents with a dinner and a movie at the theater at DTD on our up coming trip and was wondering if both the theater and the restaurant that serves the food in the theater accepts AMC gift cards. If any one could give me any information it would be greatly appreciated!!

As this is an AMC-owned property, they do, in fact, take their gift cards. It's a great place!

The food is shockingly great for a movie theater. High marks on that. It is a bit odd to eat with the way the seats are, but minor complaint as everything else is amazing.

Any idea on the amount of gift card? For two?

That depends. Do you want it to include their movie tickets? If so, estimate about $12ish per ticket and another $10-$20 per person for food/drinks. I usually go to the matinees and they're cheaper (around $8) and spend about $15 on food.

I am planning on including the cost of the ticket and they will most likely go to an evening show. My parents want to see Brave so I thought this would. E a great way.

I would say around $50 should cover it for an evening show. It's not a cheap night out but the food is good and we enjoyed ourselves!
